DISCRIMINATION IN TRANSPORTATION
Businesses which provide private transportation by bus, boat, ship or ferry must allow reasonable access to individuals with disabilities -- or, when that is not possible, equivalent services. This includes, sightseeing buses, hotel and mall shuttle services, and roadside assistance programs.
These are only several examples of discrimination in transportation. If you believe your rights have been violated, please do not hesitate to contact us for a free consultation.
